PHILLIPS to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR NBANK, N.A. dated July 24, 2003, filed for record October 21, 2003, and recorded in Deed Book 2352, Page 672, COWETA County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. by assignment recorded in Deed Book 3841, Page 778, COWETA County, Georgia Records.
