NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF GWINNETT THIS LAW FIRM IS ACTING AS A DEBT COLLECTOR ATTEMPTING TO COLLECT A DEBT. ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE. Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in that certain Security Deed (Deed) from JI HYE LIM (Debtor) to NOA Bank dated June 15, 2015, filed for record on June 24, 2015, and recorded in Deed Book 53643, Page 788, Gwinnett County, Georgia Records, said Deed having been given to secure a Guaranty Agreement and Promissory Note (Loan), dated June 15, 2015 with an original principal amount of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS and ZERO CENT ($100,000.00), with interest from date at the rate stated in said Agreement of the unpaid balance until paid, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash or certified funds before the Courthouse door of Gwinnett County, Georgia located at 75 Langley Drive, Lawrenceville, Georgia 30046 within the legal houses of sale on the first Tuesday in August, 2016 (August 2, 2016), the property commonly known as 4763 Highland Avenue, Sugar Hill, Georgia 30518 and more specifically described as all that tract or parcel of land, together with all improvements thereon lying and being in Land Lot 272, 7th District, Gwinnett County, Georgia, and being Lot 3 of Mossy Oak Townhomes, containing 0.13 acres, more or less, as shown on Plat of Survey recorded on October 29, 2008, in Plat Book 125, Page 11, Gwinnett County, Georgia Records, which said Plat is incorporated herein and made a part hereby by reference (Property). The debt secured by said Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the monthly installments on said Loan.
