NOTICE OF FOReCLOSURE OF THE RIGHT TO REDEEM To: Peggy Hamm & Darrell Weaver, and other unknown parties with a legal interest Take notice that: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the City of Blue Ridge, Georgia and being part of Land Lot No. 278, in the 8th District and 2nd Section, Fannin County, Georgia and being in the Northwest corner of said lot and known as the Sarah R. Davis homeplace and described as follows:] BEGINNING at an iron stake at the Southwest corner and running thence in a North direction with the Loy Panter property a distance of 100 feet to an iron stake at Hill street; thence in an Eastern direction along Hill Street to State Street; thence along State Street in a Southern direction a distance of approximately 100 feet; thence in a Western direction along an old hedgerow and the property of L. Seabolt to the BEGINNING POINT; The above described property is improved with a six room frame house. Being the same property described in a deed from Lawrence Nicholson and wife, Leola Vivian Nicholson to Elizabeth Bowen and Darrel Weaver and recorded in Deed Book 102, Page 112, Fannin County Records, Blue Ridge, Georgia on the 3rd day of May, 1985. As described as a portion of that tract in Deed Book 117, Page 155. Further described as Map & Parcel BR0675. will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 15th day of July, 2016. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 2nd day of June, 2015, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Fannin County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1131, Page 780. The property may be redeemed at any time before the 15th day of July, 2016, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: 316 Summit Street Blue Ridge, GA 30513 Please be governed accordingly.
