Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Carrie Mae Watson to James B. Nutter & Company dated 11/26/08, recorded in Deed Book 1199, Page 1771, Richmond, County, Georgia Records conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $84,000.00, with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash or certified check only before the courthouse door of Richmond County, Georgia within the legal hours of sale on July 5, 2016, the following described property: All that certain parcel of land situated in the City of Augusta, County of Richmond, State of Georgia being known and designated as Lot 28, Block A, Albion Acres, according to the plat thereof recoded in Realty Book 14S, Page 230, being more fully described in Deed Book 500, Page 1556, Dated 09/01/1995, Recorded 09/05/1995 in Richmond County Records. Tax ID 071-2-017-00-0 The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed.
