FORECLOSURE RIGHT OF REDEMPTION Take notice that: Travis E. Cromer The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that tract or land being in the State of Georgia, County of Hart, 1113th GMD, being 10.69 acres, more or less. Or as further described in Deed Book 145, at Page 308. Less and Except: a portion of tract as described in Deed Book 153, Page 199 & Deed Book 469, Page 197. Being known as Tax Map & Parcel C20071, Hart County, Georgia. THIS CONVEYANCE is made subject to all zoning ordinances, easements, rights-of-way for public roads and public utilities and any restrictions of record affecting said described property. Will forever expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 5th day of August 2016. The tax deed to which this notice related is dated the 3rd day of February, 2015, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Hart County, Georgia, in Deed Book 777, at page 650.
