Hwy 111, Moultrie, Ga 31768 (Tax Parcel C022-068), as follows, to wit: All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Land Lot 331 in the 8th Land District of Colquitt County, Georgia, and being 6.00 acres, more or less, and being more particularly shown on a plat of survey prepared by Harper Surveying, Inc. entitled Plat of survey for Hand Flemming, of date of November 5, 2002 and recorded in Plat Book 36, page 175, Colquitt County Records, which said plat and the record thereof are hereby incorporated herein and made a part of this description, and more particularly described as follows: Commence at the southeast corner of Land Lot 331 and run thence along said laid lot line South 88 degrees 08 minutes 12 seconds West a distance of 2,570.00 feet to a point; run thence North 00 degrees 53 minutes 44 seconds East a distance of 201.68 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. This being the same property that was conveyed to Handy Flemming, Jr. in that certain Warranty Deed from Curtis Paul Marshall and Brenda S. Gay-Marshall, dated November 13, 2002, recorded November 22, 2002, in Deed Book 770, Page 77, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Colquitt County, Georgia. Also, conveyed hereby is a 1987 Fleetwood Chadwick doublewide mobile home bearing model number 3483L with manufacturers identification numbers GAFLC W2AG420512196 and GAFLCW2BG420512196. Identified in Colquitt County tax records as map and parcel C022-068. Will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 1st day of August, 2016.The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 4th day of November, 2014 and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Colquitt County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1238, Page 443. The property may be redeemed at any time before the 1st day of August, 2016, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: David A.
