NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM To: Donald Dills Stephanie Dills Appalachian Community Bank Other unknown parties with a legal interest. Take notice that: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 8th District and 2nd Section, of Fannin County, Georgia and being in Land Lot No. 292 and being more particularly described as containing 2.69 acres, more or less, of land, as shown on that certain plat of survey recorded in Plat Hanger A-295, Page 7, Fannin County, Deed Records. Said recorded plat is hereby made a part of this deed by reference thereto for a more complete description of the above described property. The property has the current physical address of 46 Old Cashes Valley Rd. The above described property is conveyed subject to all easements, restrictions and rights of way as set forth on said recorded plat or as appearing of record. The above described property is the same property as conveyed by that certain Warranty Deed, dated January 28, 2006, from Martin Keith Bearden to Bobby Joe Bearden, recorded in Deed Book 698, Page 697, Fannin County Deed Records. will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 19th day of August,2016. The Sheriff's Tax Deed to which this notice relates is dated the 2nd of June,2015, is recorded in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Fannin County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1132, Page 3-4.
