NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF THE RIGHT TO REDEEM To: Michael V. Dycus, and other unknown parties with a legal interest Take notice that: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that tract or parcel in and a part of Fannin County, Georgia, containing 7.00 acres, more or less, and being part of Land Lots 250 & 251, in the 8th district and 2nd Section of said County and State and located in the following manner: 137 feet South of the Northeast corner of Land Lot #251, the same as the Northwest corner of Land Lot #250, the Northeast corner of this property is 12 feet West at an iron pin on the South bank of an old woods road, all measurements start at this point: Commencing at this iron pin; thence South 275 feet; thence East 401 feet along the South border of property at this date deeded to James D. and Maxine L. Becham of Fayetteville, Georgia. To an iron pin; thence South 48 degrees 30 minutes East 309.7 feet to an iron pin; thence South 0 degrees 0 minutes 12 feet; thence South 77 degrees 30 minutes West 266 feet on top of mountain; thence South 47 degrees 45 minutes West 52 feet; thence South 6 degrees 30 minutes West 91 feet; thence South 24 degrees 15 minutes East 62.5 feet to a painted rock pile; thence North 72 degrees 30 minutes West 291 feet; thence South 79 degrees 45 minutes West 140.5 feet; thence South 78 degrees 30 minutes West 203 feet to a locust stake in the center of a rock pile; thence North 538 feet to an iron pin on South bank of old woods road; thence 6 feet to center of road; thence along center of road North 53 degrees 0 minutes East 222 feet; thence South 58 degrees 0 minutes East 40 feet in center of road; thence South 6 feet to original starting point. The property being conveyed is a portion of that property conveyed to Mary Sherley Brown Dycus by James McBrayer and C. Fredrick Brown, December 23, 1963, recorded in Deed Book 29, Folio 355, Fannin County Records, Blue Ridge, Georgia. As described as a portion of that tract in Deed Book 79, Page 402. Further described as Map & Parcel 0057081H. will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 15th day of July, 2016. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 2nd day of June, 2015, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Fannin County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1131, Page 786. The property may be redeemed at any time before the 15th day of July, 2016, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: 316 Summit Street Blue Ridge, GA 30513 Please be governed accordingly.
