Re: Tax Sale Redemption NoticeProperty: Deer Run Rd., Moultrie, GA 31768 Take notice that: The right to redeem the following described property, to writ: Lot 15 of the Deer Run Subdivision as shown on plat recorded in Plat Book 21, Page 44, Colquitt County Records, which said plat and the record thereof are incorporated herein and made a part hereof. This is the same property conveyed to Brannon R. Hart by a deed recorded in Deed Book 417, Page 447, Colquitt County Records. Also conveyed hereby is a 1982 24x 56 Destiny mobile home bearing serial number 1924 AB. This being the same property that was conveyed to Steven B. Hart in a Warranty Deed from Steven B. Hart and Brannon J. Hart, as sole heirs of the estate of Brannon R. Hart, dated November 26, 2008, recorded December 11, 2008, in Deed Book 1027, Page 204, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Colquitt County, Georgia. Identified in Colquitt County tax records as map and parcel C046F-015. will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 29th day of July 2016. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 30th day of July, 2015, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Colquitt County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1243, Page 0025. The notice required by O.C.G.A. 48-4-40 through 48-4-48 has been delivered to the Colquitt County Sheriffs Department on June 9, 2016 and has been served by said establishment.
