Notice of Sale Under Power. State of Georgia, County of RICHMOND. Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Deed to Secure Debt given by WILLIE PEARL PARRIS to ALLISON MORTGAGE LOAN SERVICING CORPORATION , dated 01/27/1999, and Recorded on 02/05/1999 as Book No. 630 and Page No. 1332, RICHMOND County, Georgia records, as last assigned to HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, INC. ASSET BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005 HE2 (the Secured Creditor), by assignment, conveying the after described property to secure a Note of even date in the original principal amount of $42,925.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the RICHMOND County Courthouse within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in July, 2016, the following described property: ALL THAT LOT OR PARCEL OF LAND, WITH IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA, COUNTY OF RICHMOND, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 13, BLOCK A, DANIEL HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, AS SHOWN ON A PLAT RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE SUPERIOR COURT OF RICHMOND COUNTY, GEORGIA IN REALTY BOOK 24 R, PAGES 86 89. REFERENCE IS HEREBY MADE TO SAID PLAT FOR A MORE COMPLETE AND ACCURATE DESCRIPTION AS TO THE METES, BOUNDS AND LOCATION OF SAID PROPERTY.
