District, of Liberty County, Georgia, contain 1.00 acre, more or less and being shown as Tract #5B, on a plat of survey made by Joe P. Davis, Georgia Registered Surveyor No. 1436, on the 26th day of July, 2011, a copy of said plat is recorded in Plat Section P20, Page 3C, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Liberty County, Georgia and is incorporated herein by reference thereto. This being a portion of the same property conveyed in an Administrators Deed from the Estate of Henry Quarterman to Florence Quarterman, dated October 29, 1987 and being recorded in Deed Book 442, Page 490, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Liberty County, Georgia, and as described in Deed Book 770, Page 507. Will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 8th day of July, 2016. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 3rd day of March, 2015 and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Liberty County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1858, Page 693.
