gpn14 HS Foreclosures NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, LIBERTY COUNTY By virtue of the Power of Sale contained in that certain Security Deed given from Arleane Williams to CitiFinancial Services, Inc., dated 11/24/2003, recorded 11/26/2003 in Deed Book 1196, Page 708, Liberty County, Georgia records, and as last assigned to Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC by virtue of assignment recorded in Deed Book 1896, Page 984, Liberty County, Georgia records, said Security Deed having been given to secure a Note of even date in the principal amount of FIFTY-FOUR THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED NINETY-FOUR AND 97/100 DOLLARS ($54,394.97), with interest thereon as provided for therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Liberty County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in July 2016 by Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, as Attorney in Fact for Arleane Williams, all property described in said Security Deed including but not limited to the following described property: ALL THOSE CERTAIN LOTS, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE 15TH G.M. DISTRICT OF LIBERTY COUNTY, GEORGIA, KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT # 1 AND LOT # 2 IN A DIVISION OF THE ESTATE OF CHANCE WILLIAMS, SAID TWO LOTS CONTAINING 7.8 ACRES, MORE OR LESS AND IS TRIANGULAR IN SHAPE, BEING BOUND, NOW OR FORMERLY, AS FOLLOWS: ON THE NORTHEAST BY ESTATE OF HENRY POWELL; ON THE SOUTHEAST BY ESTATE OF HENRY POWELL; AND ON THE SOUTHWEST BY LANDS OF LADSON WILLIAMS; ALL AS MORE CLEARLY SHOWN ON A SURVEY PLAT PREPARED BY JOHN F. BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED TO ARLEANE WILLIAMS BY DEED FROM NATHANIEL WILLIAMS AND LEON WILLIAMS, AS THE SOLE SURVIVING HEIRS AND NEXT OF KIN OF LAWRENCE WILLIAMS, DECEASED, RECORDED DECEMBER 4, 1979, IN DEED BOOK 181, PAGE 246, LIBERTY COUNTY. Said property being known as 689 DAVE WILLIAM ROAD, MIDWAY, GEORGIA 31320 according to the present numbering system in Liberty County. The indebtedness secured by said Security Deed has been declared due because of default under the terms of said Security Deed and Note. The indebtedness remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same, all expenses of the sale, including attorneys' fees and all other payments provided for under the terms of the Security Deed and Note.
