NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, GLYNN COUNTY By virtue of the power of sale contained in the Deed to Secure Debt from Kristine C. Zeh and Kristine C. Zeh, as Trustee of The Kristine Cooper DeGoursey Revocable Trust dtd 11-11-2009, to St Simons Bank & Trust, A Division of Thomasville National Bank ("Lender"), dated July 28, 2015, recorded in Deed Book 3467, Page 436, Glynn County, Georgia Superior Court Records ("Security Deed"), given to secure a Note dated July 28, 2015, in the principal amount of $789,000.00 ("Note"), and other indebtedness, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry, during the legal hours of sale before the Courthouse door of Glynn County, Georgia, at Brunswick, Georgia, on the first Tuesday in June, 2016, to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property: All of that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Glynn County, Georgia, being described and identified according to a certain plat of survey entitled "Final Plat for Oak Forest Subdivision, Phase III" as prepared by Atlantic Survey Professionals, certified by Ernest C. Johns, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No. 2774 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia in Plat Drawer 24, Map No. 373 and being ALL OF LOT NUMBERED EIGHTY ONE (81), PHASE III, OAK FOREST SUBDIVISION, GLYNN COUNTY, GEORGIA. Reference is hereby made to said plat and to the record thereof for all purposes of description and identification and for all other purposes allowed by law. PARCEL ID NO. 04-10675 The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of a default declared by Lender. The indebtedness remaining in default, the sale will be made for the purpose of applying proceeds thereof to the payment of the indebtedness secured by said Security Deed, accrued interest and expenses of the sale, including attorney's fees. To the best of the undersigned's knowledge and belief the property is in the possession of Kristine C. Zeh, individually, Kristine C. Zeh, as Trustee of The Kristine Cooper DeGoursey Revocable Trust dated 11-11-2009, and B. Reid Zeh, III. Said property will be sold as their property, subject to any outstanding ad valorem taxes, assessments, and liens or interests superior to the Security Deed first set out above.
