NOTICE TO BAR RIGHT OF REDEMPTION TO: James H. Tippins, his Estate, Mezella (Mozella) H. Tippins, her Estate, by and through her daughter, Linda Rivers, 3714 Emmanuel Ave., Brunswick, GA 31520, any heirs of James or Mezella Tippins, any occupant and all other persons, known or unknown, who have any interest in land identified below, including the Sheriff of Glynn County, who has recorded liens against said property TAKE NOTICE THAT: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: Lots 24 and 25, Block H, Washington Heights Subdivision, Brunswick, Glynn County, Georgia (a/k/a 1805 Second St.) will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 1st day of July, 2016.
