NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT OF REDEMPTION STATE OF GEORGIA/COUNTY OF FANNIN To: 1) Ward Thomas Knopf, 2) Kim Ann Knopf, 3) Fannin Regional Hospital, 4) Bridgers, Peters and Kleber Law Firm, 5) State of Georgia, 6) Fannin County Tax Commissioner, 7) Unknown Heirs of Ward Thomas Knopf, 8) Unknown Heirs of Kim Ann Knopf, 9)All Persons Known or Unknown Who May Claim An Interest in Property Known as 0.50 acres off The Farm Road, Morganton, GA 30560. TAKE NOTICE THAT: The right to redeem the described property as 0.50 acres more or less off The Farm Road, Morganton, GA 30560 (Tax Parcel 0010011A3A), as follows, to wit:All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 8th District, 1st Section of Fannin County, Georgia and being part of Land Lot Nos. 116 and 117, within said County, containing approximately 0.50 acre, more or less and being designated as Tract B, on that certain Plat of Survey dated April 28, 1998 for William A. Lewis and Carol A. Lewis, et al, by Lane S. Bishop and Shelly J. Bishop, G.R.L.S. Nos. 1575 and 2536, respectively, as recorded in PLAT Hanger A-505, Page 3, Fannin County Records, said plat being incorporated herein by reference for a full and complete description of said property. SUBJECT TO all easements, restrictions and rights of way as shown on said plat, if any, and SUBJECT TO restrictions as set forth in Warranty Deed at Deed Book 325, Page 438, Fannin County Records.
