SAID LOT HAVING A 52-FOOT FRONTAGE ON RAY STREET AND RUNNING BACK AN EVEN DISTNCE OF 208 FEET. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated April 7, 2015 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Coweta County, Georgia in Deed Book 4209 Page 695.
