O.C.G.A. § 48-4-45, 46) Take notice that: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred as of five o'clock (5 p.m.) on and after June 1, 2016 or within 30 days after legal service of the Notice pursuant to OCGA 48-4-45 et seq., whichever date is later: ONE CERTAIN LOT IN THE CITY OF NEWNAN, COWETA COUNTY, GEORGIA, SITUATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF RAY STREET AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT A CERTAIN CORNER AT A FENCE ON THE WEST SIDE OF RAY STREET AND RUN IN A NORTHERLY DIRECTION 52 FEET; THENCE WESTERLY 208 FEET; THENCE SOUTHERLY 52 FEET; THENCE IN AN EASTERLY DIRECTION 208 FEET TO A STARTING POINT. SAID LOT HAVING A 52-FOOT FRONTAGE ON RAY STREET AND RUNNING BACK AN EVEN DISTNCE OF 208 FEET. That property known as 33 RAY STREET according to the present system of numbering homes and having tax parcel identification number N22 0005 003. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated April 7, 2015 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Coweta County, Georgia in Deed Book 4209 Page 695.
