CLASS:007 NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF COWETA Because of a default under the terms of the Security Deed executed by Dotty L. Heagy to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Market Street Mortgage Corporation dated May 31, 2005, and recorded in Deed Book 2755, Page 643, Coweta County Records, said Security Deed having been last sold, assigned, transferred and conveyed to Wilmington Trust Company, not in its individual capacity but solely as Successor Trustee to U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, for MASTR Alternative Loan Trust 2005-5 by Assignment, securing a Note in the original principal amount of $84,000.00, the holder thereof pursuant to said Deed and Note thereby secured has declared the entire amount of said indebtedness due and payable and, pursuant to the power of sale contained in said Deed, will on the first Tuesday, July 5, 2016, during the legal hours of sale, before the Courthouse door in said County, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the property described in said Deed, to-wit: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 11, SECOND LAND DISTRICT, COWETA COUNTY, GEORGIA AND BEING LOT 13 OF OAKRIDGE SUBDIVISION AS THE SAME IS SHOWN ON A PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION, DATED MAY 10, 1982, MADE BY W.W.
