NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF COLUMBIA Under and by virtue of the power of sale contained with that certain Security Deed dated March 7, 2007, from Michelle R. Diguglielmo to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Solstice Capital Group, Inc., recorded on March 23, 2007 in Deed Book 5908 at Page 249, Columbia County, Georgia Records, having been last sold, assigned, transferred and conveyed to U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust by Assignment and said Security Deed having been given to secure a note dated March 7, 2007, in the amount of $133,500.00, said note being in default, the undersigned will sell at public outcry during the legal hours of sale before the door of the courthouse of Columbia County, Georgia, on June 7, 2016, the following described real property (hereinafter referred to as the "Property"): ALL THAT LOT OR PARCEL OF LAND, WITH IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA, COUNTY OF COLUMBIA, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 46, BLOCK A, SHADY GROVE, SECTION FIVE, AS SHOWN ON A PLAT RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF SUPERIOR COURT OF COLUMBIA COUNTY, GEORGIA IN PC-C, SLIDE 196, #11. REFERENCE IS HEREBY MADE TO SAID PLAT FOR A MORE COMPLETE AND ACCURATE DESCRIPTION AS TO THE METES, BOUNDS AND LOCATION OF SAID PROPERTY. BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED TO MICHELLE R.
