Notice is hereby given that the City of Funston will hold a public meeting on the date of June 14, 2016 at the Council Chamber of City Hall in Funston, Georgia at 9:30 AM. The purpose of this hearing is to hear any public comment for the proposed rezoning application of Kayla King Hudson to rezone a portion of the property located within the city limits of the City of Funston, Georiga and being in Land Lot 239 of the 8th Land District of Colquitt County, Georgia at the corner of Georgia Route 37 and Manning Street, being more particularly described in a Plat of Survey for Geraldine Baker King Estate as prepared on November 23, 2015 by Dan Hinson Land Surveyor, Inc. and recorded in Plat Book 44, Page 114-B in the records of the Clerk of Colquitt Superior Court. The applicant has requested a portion of the above-described property to be rezoned from R-1 to C-2. 001022115/25/16
