CLAIM ADVERSELY TO PLAINTIFF'S TITLE TO ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND BEING IN LAND LOT 280, FOURTH LAND DISTRICT OF BEN HILL COUNTY, GEORGIA, BEING ALL OF LOT 20 AND THE WESTERN 1/2 OF LOT 19 IN PARK GROVE SUBDIVISION, FIRST ADDITION, AS SHOWN BY SURVEY AND PLAT OF JAMES E. ECHOLS, DATED MAY 9, 1974, AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE SUPERIOR COURT OF BEN HILL COUNTY, GEORGIA, IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 150, (NOW OF RECORD IN PLAT SLIDE NUMBER 506), AND REFERENCE IS HEREBY MADE TO THE RECORD OF SAID PLAT FOR A FULL DESCRIPTION OF SAID PROPERTY; LEONARD JORDAN; ANGELA JORDAN; AND HOUSEHOLD REALTY CORPORATION; Defendants.

TO: LEONARD JORDAN; ANGELA JORDAN; AND HOUSEHOLD REALTY CORPORATION; THE HEIRS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS OF VERNON E. HUNTER, DECEASED; THE HEIRS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS OF LANEY E. HUNTER, DECEASED; THE HEIRS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS OF MARTESTINE H. PHILLIPS, DECEASED; MYRTLE, MCCORMES (OR HER HEIRS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS IF MYRTLE MCCORMES IS NOW DECEASED); JIMMIE LEE MATHEWS (OR HIS/HER HEIRS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS IF THE SAID JIMMIE LEE MATHEWS IS NOW DECEASED), and all unknown persons, residence unknown, having or claiming any interest in the real property described above.
You are hereby notified that the above-styled action seeking to establish title to the below described property against all the world was filed on the 10th day of May, 2016, in the Superior Court of Ben Hill County, Georgia, Cordele Judicial Circuit, and that by reason of order for service by publication entered by said Court on the 25th day of May, 2016, you are hereby commanded to be and appear at said Court within thirty (30) days of the date of the order for service by publication to answer said petition and file pleadings before the Court.
All that tract or parcel of land being in Land Lot 280, Fourth Land District of Ben Hill County, Georgia, being all of Lot 20 and the western
1/2 of Lot 19 in Park Grove Subdivision, First Addition, as shown by survey and plat of James E. Echols, dated May 9, 1974, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Ben Hill County, Georgia, in Plat Book 5, page 150, (now of record in Plat Slide Number 506), and reference
is hereby made to the record of said plat for a full description of the lots conveyed hereby. Said property is also shown and described on that certain plat of survey prepared for Hattie Hodge Christie by James D. Weeks, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No. 2111, dated August 26, 2015.
