NOTICE TO FORECLOSE RIGHT OF REDEMPTION To Fardeen Roy; Mary Ann Roy; Any Current Occupant; Bank of America, NA; Wells Fargo Bank, NA sbm Wachovia Bank, NA; Coweta County, Georgia; and any other claimants to the hereinafter referenced property : Please take notice that the right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 264 of the 1st District of Coweta County, Georgia, and being Lot 27, Garrison Chase, Unit B, as per plat recorded in Plat Book 58, page 107, Coweta County, Georgia records, which plat is hereby incorporated herein and by reference made a part hereof. will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 30th day of May, 2016. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 7th of April, 2015, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Coweta County, Georgia, in Deed Book 4209 at Page 688.
