STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY of COLUMBIA NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER By virtue of the power of sale contained in that certain Deed to Secure Debt from EMILY JEAN EVANS to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE NETWORK, INC. dated November 4, 2013, filed for record November 13, 2013, and recorded in Deed Book 9175, Page 48, COLUMBIA County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to HOMEBRIDGE FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC. by assignment recorded in Deed Book 10272, Page 296, COLUMBIA County, Georgia Records. Said Deed to Secure Debt having been given to secure a Note dated November 4, 2013 in the original principal sum of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY TWO THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED THIRTY THREE AND 0/100 DOLLARS ($132,133.00), with interest from date at the rate stated in said Note on the unpaid balance until paid, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door at COLUMBIA County, Georgia, or at such place as has or may be lawfully designated as an alternative location, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in June, 2016, the following described property: ALL THAT LOT OR PARCEL OF LAND WITH IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA, COUNTY OF COLUMBIA, BEING SHOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 1, BLOCK E, COTTAGES AT CONNEMARA, AS SHOWN ON A PLAT RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE SUPERIOR COURT OF COLUMBIA COUNTY, GEORGIA, IN PC 'C', SLIDE 135 #9; REFERENCE BEING MADE TO SAID PLAT FOR A MORE COMPLETE AND ACCURATE DESCRIPTION AS TO THE METES, BOUNDS AND LOCATION OF SAID PROPERTY.
