CLASS:013 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Coweta County Board of Zoning Appeals will hear an appeal by Faith Bible Church, requesting the following variances: 1. Building Setback Reduction from 25' to 10' 2. Planted Buffer Reduction from 20' to 10' 3. Impervious Setback from 150' to 83' 4. Undisturbed buffer from 100' to 83' Said property is located at 4907 E Hwy 34, Sharpsburg, Georgia. The meeting will be held on Thursday, May 26, 2016 - 6:00 P.M. at the Asa M. Powell Sr Expo Center, 197 Temple Ave, Newnan GA. Copies of the proposed request may be obtained at the Coweta County Planning Department, 22 E Broad St. Newnan, Georgia between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Land Lot 133 of the Sixth Land District, Coweta County, Georgia, containing 11.763 ± acres and being in more particularly identified on the plat of property dated 3/17/2016 said plat of record in Deed Book 1215, Pages 112-114, Office of the Clerk, Coweta County Superior Court, reference to which plat is hereby made for a more particular description of the tract herein conveyed.
