The property is known as 6581 Wellington Square, Norcross, GA 30093 according to the present system of numbering homes in Gwinnett County, Georgia. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated April 7, 2015 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Gwinnett County, Georgia in Deed Book 53539, Page 830.
