Notice of Sale Under Power. State of Georgia, County of GWINNETT. Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Deed to Secure Debt given by DARLENE H. BRADSHAW to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., (MERS), AS NOMINEE FOR RESOLUTION MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC., ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS , dated 12/10/2001, and Recorded on 01/18/2002 as Book No. 26035 and Page No. 0104, GWINNETT County, Georgia records, as last assigned to JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC (the Secured Creditor), by assignment, conveying the afterdescribed property to secure a Note of even date in the original principal amount of $152,605.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the GWINNETT County Courthouse within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in June, 2016, the following described property: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 325 OF THE 7TH DISTRICT, GWINNETT COUNTY, GEORGIA; BEING LOT 9, BLOCK A, LITTLE MILL FARM, UNIT ONE, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 83, PAGE 78, GWINNETT RECORDS, WHICH PLAT IS INCORPORATED AND MADE A PART HEREOF BY REFERENCE.
