STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY of RICHMOND NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER By virtue of the power of sale contained in that certain Deed to Secure Debt from DAMIEN O. DOOLITTLE and LASHAWN S. DOOLITTLE to WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. dated March 5, 2012, filed for record March 7, 2012, and recorded in Deed Book 1336, Page 213, RICHMOND County, Georgia Records. Said Deed to Secure Debt having been given to secure a Note dated March 5, 2012 in the original principal sum of TWO HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND 0/100 DOLLARS ($260,500.00), with interest from date at the rate stated in said Note on the unpaid balance until paid, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door at RICHMOND County, Georgia, or at such place as has or may be lawfully designated as an alternative location, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in May, 2016, the following described property: ALL THAT LOT, TRACT, OR PARCEL OF LAND, TOGETHER WITH IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, IF ANY, LYING, BEING, AND SITUATE IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA AND COUNTY OF RICHMOND, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 316 OF WILLHAVEN SUBDIVISION, PHASE III, SECTION ONE RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF SUPERIOR COURT OF RICHMOND COUNTY, GEORGIA IN PLAT BOOK 7 AT PAGES 166-167, REFERENCE BEING MADE TO SAID PLATS FOR A MORE COMPLETE AND ACCURATE DESCRIPTION AS TO METES, BOUNDS, COURSES, LOCATIONS AND DISTANCES OF SAID PROPERTY. PROPERTY BEING CONVEYED IS SUBJECT TO PROTECTIVE COVENANTS APPLICABLE TO WILLHAVEN SUBDIVISION WHICH ARE RECORDED IN THE AFOREMENTIONED CLERK'S OFFICE IN REALTY REEL 1213, PAGE 776, REALTY REEL 1213, PAGE 793, REALTY REEL 1263, PAGE 740, REALTY REEL 1263, PAGE 748, REALTY REEL 1281, PAGE 982, REALTY REEL 1281, PAGE 986, REALTY REEL 1324, PAGE 142, REALTY REEL 1325, PAGE 29 AND TO ANY AND ALL OTHER APPLICABLE EASEMENTS OR RESTRICTIONS OF RECORD. TAX MAP & PARCEL NO.: 065-3-055-00-0 To the best of the knowledge and belief of the undersigned, the party in possession of the property is DAMIEN O. DOOLITTLE and LASHAWN S. DOOLITTLE or a tenant or tenants. Said property may more commonly be known as: 3202 WAVERLY LANE, AUGUSTA, GA 30909. The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the monthly installments on said loan. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, including attorney's fees (notice of intent to collect attorney's fees having been given).
