NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER, RICHMOND COUNTY Pursuant to the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Michael Brian Minor to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for People's Choice Home Loan, Inc. dated 8/26/2005 and recorded in Deed Book 1011 Page 535 Richmond County, Georgia records; as last transferred to or acquired by HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Indenture Trustee for People's Choice Home Loan Securities Trust Series 2005-4, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $ 42,000.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Richmond County, Georgia (or such other area as designated by Order of the Superior Court of said county), within the legal hours of sale on May 03, 2016 (being the first Tuesday of said month unless said date falls on a Federal Holiday, in which case being the first Wednesday of said month), the following described property: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND WITH IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE CITY OF AUGUSTA, RICHMOND COUNTY, GEORGIA, BEGINNING AT A POINT TWO HUNDRED TWO (202) FEET FROM THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF AN ALLEY AND CURRY STREET; THENCE RUNNING IN A NORTHERLY DIRECTION ALONG THE EAST SIDE OF CURRY STREET A DISTANCE OF FIFTY (50) FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO A POINT; THENCE IN AN EASTWARDLY DIRECTION ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-SEVEN AND FIVE-TENTHS (137.5) FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO A POINT; THENCE IN A SOUTHERLY DIRECTION FIFTY (50) FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO A POINT; THENCE IN A WESTWARDLY DIRECTION ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-SEVEN AND FIVE-TENTHS (137.5) FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
