NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM William A. Sweat c/o William A. N. Sweat Jr., John Anthony Sweat c/o John P. Manton, Richmond County Tax Commissioner TAKE NOTICE THAT: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that lot or parcel of land with improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the State of Georgia, County of Richmond, being known and designated as Lot 7, Block E, of Sherwood Subdivision, as shown on a plat recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Realty Book 20R, page 581. Reference is made to said plat for a more complete and accurate description as to metes, bounds and location of said property. Said property is conveyed subject to Protective Covenants recorded in said Clerk's Office and also subject to any and all easements and restrictions of record. This deed is given subject to all easements and restrictions of record, if any. Tax Map and Parcel Number: 122-2-100-002-0 will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 13th day of June, 2016. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 6th day of September, 2013, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Deed Book 01411, at page 1740. The property may be redeemed at any time before the 13th day of June, 2016, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: 2812-A Hillcreek Court, Augusta, Georgia 30909.
