NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM William A. Sweat c/o William A. N. Sweat Jr., William A.N. Sweat, Sr., Executor of Frankie Sweat Estate in REM, William A.N. Sweat Executor of Frankie Sweat Estate in REM, John Anthony Sweat, Augusta, Georgia c/o John P. Manton, Richmond County Tax Commissioner TAKE NOTICE THAT: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that tract or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in Richmond County, Georgia in the 123rd GMD, with improvements, bounded as follows: North by the old road of E. W. Payton, said road being the northern boundary of the Payton Tract; East by the lands of said Paton; South by the lands of said Payton; West by property of Burlie. Said lot of land beginning at a point on the Northeast corner of the property of Burlie and extending back easterly direction a distance of one hundred and fifty (150) feet, then in a southerly direction a distance of ninety (90) feet, thence in a westerly direction a distance of one hundred and fifty (150) feet, then in a Northerly direction a distance of Ninety (90) feet to the point of beginning. This deed is given subject to all easements and restrictions of record, if any. Tax Map and Parcel Number: 111-0-016-00-0 will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 13th day of June, 2016. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 6th day of September, 2013, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Deed Book 01411, at page 1738. The property may be redeemed at any time before the 13th day of June, 2016, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: 2812-A Hillcreek Court, Augusta, Georgia 30909.
