Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by James R. Spears to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc., its successors and assigns dated 04/10/14, recorded in Deed Book 00434, Page 00022, Long, County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. by assignment to be recorded recorded in in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court, Long County, Georgia Records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $176,000.00, with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash or certified check only before the courthouse door of Long County, Georgia within the legal hours of sale on May 3, 2016, the following described property: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 1756th G.M. District of Long County, Georgia, being known and designated as Lot No. 48, Burnt Pines Subdivision, Phase 2, as shown and represented on that certain plat of survey made and prepared by Joe P.
