Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Joshua Luke Roach and Leslie J. Roach to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for SunTrust Mortgage, Inc., dated December 28, 2006, and recorded in Deed Book 685, Page 0038, Bryan County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to SunTrust Mortgage, Inc. by assignment recorded on November 16, 2012 in Book 1076 Page 0004 in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Bryan County, Georgia Records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of One Hundred Sixty-Two Thousand Four Hundred Eighteen and 0/100 dollars ($162,418.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Bryan County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on May 3, 2016, the following described property: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 20th G.M.
