JONES to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR MORTGAGE RESEARCH CENTER, LLC D/B/A VETERANS UNITED HOME LOANS dated January 26, 2015, filed for record January 27, 2015, and recorded in Deed Book 1850, Page 233, LIBERTY County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to MORTGAGE RESEARCH CENTER, LLC D/B/A VETERANS UNITED HOME LOANS, A MISSOURI LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY by assignment recorded in Deed Book 1890, Page 674, LIBERTY County, Georgia Records. PARKER, GEORGIA REGISTERED LAND SURVEYOR NO. 1850, DATED JULY 16, 1997, AND BEING RECORDED IN PLAT SECTION L-24, PAGE 4, IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF SUPERIOR COURT OF LIBERTY COUNTY, GEORGIA, SAID PLAT BY SPECIFIC REFERENCE IS MADE A PART HEREOF FOR DESCRIPTIVE AND ALL OTHER PURPOSES. The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the monthly installments on said loan.
