Smith, her Heirs, and Whom It May Concern, Take Notice that: PURSUANT TO O.C.G.A.45-4-45 Foreclosure of The Right to Redeem the following described property, to wit: All that tract or parcel of land, with improvements thereon, situated, lying and being in the 1113th G.M. District of Hart County, Georgia, and being Known and designated as Lot Number Five(5) in the Block C of Franklin-Hart Subdivision, and being bounded on the Northeast by Lot Number Four(4) of said subdivision, Southeast by Jones Drive, Southwest by Lot Number Six(6) of said subdivision, and Northwest by other property in Franklin-Hart Subdivision, and being better described as follows: 408 Jones Circle, Royston, Georgia, 30662, also know as Tax and Parcel #C08C-034, Hart County, Ga. will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after 27th day of May, 2016. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 7th day of April, 2015, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Hart County, Georgia, in Deed Book 771, Pages 72-73.
