NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM PURSUANT TO O.C.G.A. 48-4-45 TO: ESTATE OF WILLIAM H. RITTER, JR. AND WHOM IT MAY CONCERN Take notice that the right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 1118th G.M. District of Hart County, Georgia, with all improvements thereon, containing 5.0 acres, more or less, and being bounded by lands now owned or formerly owned on the Northeast by L.O. Sanders; on the Southeast by Bobby Phillips; on the South by Dennis Mize; and Northwest by the east-side right-of-way of County Dirt Road No. 94. This is part of the same property as that shown delineated on that plat prepared for C.K. Allen, by Dean H. Teasley, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No. 1898, dated 11-10-77 and recorded in Plat Book 22, at Page 286 in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court, and said plat and the recordation thereof is specifically incorporated herein in aid of this description. Grantor herein specifically conveys to Grantee herein all property to the East and Southeast of the east side right-of-way of County Dirt Road No. 94 as shown and delineated on said plat referred to herein above. This is part of the same property conveyed to James R. Hope and Lorraine M. Hope by Warranty Deed from Jeanette P. Allen, dated December 8, 1980, recorded in Deed Book 153, at Page 9, Hart County, Georgia Deed Records. The said Lorraine M. Hope vesting FEE SIMPLE title to said property in James R. Hope by Quitclaim Deed dated March 28, 1985, recorded in Deed Book 173, at Page 229-230, Hart County, Georgia Deed Records. This is the same property conveyed to William H. Ritter, Jr. by Warranty Deed from James R. Hope, dated September 2, 1987, recorded in Deed Book 195, at Page 234, Hart County, Georgia Deed Records. will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 20th day of May, 2016. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated February 3, 2015, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Hart County, Georgia, in Deed Book 777 at Page 632, as referred to above. The property may be redeemed at any time before May 20, 2016, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to Mr. John Rohach at the following address: 301 Moore Road, Hartwell, Georgia 30643.
