Take notice that:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred as of five oclock (5 p.m.) on and after June 1, 2016 or within 30 days after legal service of the Notice pursuant to OCGA 48-4-45 et seq., whichever date is later:
ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 304, OF THE 6TH DISTRICT, GWINNETT COUNTY, GEORGIA AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS CONDOMINIUM UNIT 304, PEACHTREE FOREST PLANTATION CONDOMINIUMS, PHASE 1A, A CONDOMINIUM, AS SHOWN ON PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 168 AND REVISED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 283, GWINNETT COUNTY, GEORGIA RECORDS, TOGETHER WITH ALL RIGHT TITLE AND INTEREST IN SAID CONDOMINIUM AND RESTRICTIONS FOR PEACHTREE FOREST PLANTATION CONDOMINIUMS, RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 2936, PAGE 121, GWINNETT COUNTY, GEORGIA RECORDS, WHICH PLAT, PLANS AND DECLARATION AND ALL RECORDED AMENDMENTS THERETO ARE, BY REFERENCE, INCORPORATED HEREIN AND MADE A PART HEREOF.
That property known as 304 PEACHTREE FOREST DRIVE according to the present system of numbering homes and having tax parcel identification number R6304C018.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated April 7, 2015 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Gwinnett County, Georgia in Deed Book 53579 Page 429.
The property may be redeemed on or before the time and date stated above by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
