That property known as 1601 OAK ROAD according to the present system of numbering homes and having tax parcel identification number R5009 014.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated April 4, 2015 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Gwinnett County, Georgia in Deed Book 53579 Page 411.
The property may be redeemed on or before the time and date stated above by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
