In The Superior Court of Gilmer County State of Georgia Civil Action No. 2015CV-692 Daniel L. Thompson, Petitioner, vs. Thomas L. Renfro, Cynthia A. Renfro, Billy R. Vaughn Estate and Joann Vaugh, and all persons unknown who claim or might claim adversely to Lots 1144 & 1145 of Beaver Forest, Unit XXVI, Land Lot 177, in the 11th District, 2nd Section, Gilmer County, described in Plat Book 11, Page 3, Gilmer County Records. Respondents, NOTICE OF SUMMONS TO: BILLY R. VAUGHN ESTATE AND JOANN VAUGHN, and all persons unknown who claim or might claim adversely to Lots 1144 & 1145 of Beaver Forest, Unit XXVI, Land Lot 177, in the 11th District, 2nd Section, Gilmer County, described in Plat Book 11, Page 3, Gilmer County Records. You are hereby notified that the above-styled action seeking to quiet title to certain real property located in Gilmer County was filed against you in said court on December 4, 2015, and that by reason of an order for service of summons by publication entered by the court on March 29, 2016, you are hereby commanded and required to file with the clerk of said court and answer to the complaint within thirty (30) days of the date of the order for service by publication.
