CLASS:007 NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM In accordance with O.C.G.A. 48-4-46 the following named parties are given notice required under O.C.G.A. 48-4-45: DENNIS KEITH WEBBER, WILLIAM DAVID WEBBER AND BROXTON AVERY WEBBER AND ANY AND ALL OTHER PERSONS OR PARTIES INCLUDING THE ENTIRE WORLD, KNOWN OR UNKNOWN WHO CLAIMS OR MAY CLAIM ANY RIGHT, TITLE, LIEN OR OTHER INTEREST IN AND TO THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED BELOW: TAKE NOTICE that the right to redeem all that tract or parcel of property lying and being in Land Lot 251 of the 1st Land District, Coweta County, Georgia; and being that tract or parcel described by Quit Claim Deed recorded in Deed Book 1614 at Page 88, and Quit Claim Deed in Deed Book 1157 at Page 560, and Warranty Deed recorded in Deed Book 528 at Page 185 and Warranty Deed recorded in Deed Book 433 at Page 099, each said Deed recorded in the Office of Clerk of Superior Court for Coweta County, Georgia, and being known by the numbering system of Coweta County, Georgia and recognized by the United States Post Office as 1428 Gary Summers Road, Senoia, Georgia 30276 (not in the city limits) and also being near but not in the Cities of Sharpsburg and Turin, Georgia, and being Coweta County Tax Parcel 161 1251 005 will and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 9th day of May, 2016. The Tax Deed to which this notice relates is dated the 7th day of April, 2015, and is recorded in the Office of Clerk for Superior Court of Coweta County, Georgia, in Deed Book 4209 at Page 687. The property may be redeemed at any time before the 9th day of May, 2016, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law (O.C.G.A. 48-4-42), jointly payable to Marley Investments, LLC and Robert Stokely and sent to Marley Investments LLC at 95 Dorothy Drive, Sharpsburg, Georgia 30277, or Robert Stokely, P.O.
