CLASS:007 NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM In accordance with O.C.G.A. 48-4-46 the following named parties are given notice required under O.C.G.A. 48-4-45: SANDRA PEEK DAVIS A/K/A SANDRA P. DAVIS A/K/A SANDRA PEEK AND CAPITOL ONE BANK AND/OR ATIORNEYS FREDERICK J. HANNA AND ASSOCIATES P.C. AND ANY AND ALL OTHER PERSONS OR PARTIES INCLUDING THE ENTIRE WORLD, KNOWN OR UNKNOWN WHO CLAIMS OR MAY CLAIM ANY RIGHT, TITLE, LIEN OR OTHER INTEREST IN AND TO THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED BELOW TAKE NOTICE that the right to redeem all that tract or parcel of property lying and being in the City of Newnan, Coweta County, Georgia, being that tract or parcel described by Warranty Deed recorded in Deed Book 2839 at Page 203, more particularly described by recorded plat in Plat Book 1 at Page 209, and being Lot 10 of Lee High Subdivision with metes and bounds more particularly described by survey by Surveyor J. William Ozmore dated August 22, 1966 and recorded in Plat Book 9 at Page 265, each said referenced Deed or Plat recorded in the Office of Clerk of Superior Court for Coweta County, Georgia, and being known according to the Numbering System of Newnan/Coweta County, Georgia recognized by the United States Postal Service as 9 Sunny South Street, Newnan, Georgia 30263 and being Newnan/Coweta County Tax Parcel N45 0002 001 will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 9th day of May, 2016. The Tax Deed to which this notice relates is dated the 7th day of April, 2015, and is recorded in the Office of Clerk for Superior Court of Coweta County, Georgia, in Deed Book 4209 at Page 698. The property may be redeemed at any time before the 9th day of May, 2016, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law (O.C.G.A. 48-4-42), jointly payable to Marley Investments, LLC and Robert Stokely and sent to Marley Investments LLC at 95 Dorothy Drive, Sharpsburg, Georgia 30277, or Robert Stokely, P.O.
