NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER, COLUMBIA COUNTY Pursuant to the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Teresa Horsely and Tamara Minter to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Georgia Bank & Trust Company of Augusta dated 6/5/2007 and recorded in Deed Book 6033 Page 198 Columbia County, Georgia records; as last transferred to or acquired by Nationstar Mortgage LLC, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $ 36,800.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Columbia County, Georgia (or such other area as designated by Order of the Superior Court of said county), within the legal hours of sale on May 03, 2016 (being the first Tuesday of said month unless said date falls on a Federal Holiday, in which case being the first Wednesday of said month), the following described property: All that lot or parcel of land with all improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the Town of Harlem, Columbia County, Georgia, fronting 80 feet. more or less, on the East side of East Boundary Street, running back on its Northern line 180 feet, and on its Southern line 184 feet to the rear width of 80 feet, more or less, and being known and designated as Lot No. 5 of Harlem Heights Development Co., as shown upon a plat recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Columbia County, Georgia, in Deed Book 22, page 411, and is bounded as follows: North by Lot No. 6 of said plat; East by Lot. No. 27 of said plat; South by Lot No. 4 of said plat; and West by East Boundary Street; reference being made to said plat for a more complete and accurate description as to metes, bounds and location of said property. This being the same property conveyed to LeGrand A. Van Keuren, Jr. by deed of Eddie D. Tapp, by his attorney-in-fact, Fulton Federal Savings & Loan Association of Atlanta, dated July 7, 1983, and recorded in Deed Book 296, page 587, aforesaid records.
