NOTICE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM Take Notice that: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Ben Hill County, Geor- gia, and all of Lot 60 in Colony Heights Subdivision, and all of that fractional unnumbered lot of land located just east of and adjacent to said Lot 60, all as shown by the plat of said subdivision dated August 7, 1956, and recorded in Plat Book 2, page 407, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Ben Hill County, said unnumbered fractional lot being more particularly described as beginning at the intersection of the south boundary line of said fractional lot as shown by said plat and the west margin of the alley located on the east side of and adjacent to said Lot 60; thence running south 85 degrees 30 minutes east 80.4 feet; thence north 04 degrees 30 minutes west 19 feet to a farm road; thence north 67 degrees 05 minutes west 88 feet to the east margin of said alley; thence south along the east margin of said alley 46.7 feet to the point of beginning. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 6th day of January, 2015, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Ben Hill County, Georgia, in Deed Book 871 at page 214. The property may be redeemed at any time before the 20th day of June, 2016, by payment of $1,063.14 (One Thousand Sixty-Three and 14/100 dollars) the redemption price, as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: Bennett and Connell, LLC, P.O.
