NOTICE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM TO: All persons having any right, title or interest in or lien upon the be- low described property. Take notice that: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that tract or parcel of land being in Land Lot 150, 3rd Land District, Ben Hill County, Georgia, being all of Lot 22 in Lobingier Place Subdivision of Five Acre Tract Numbers 899, 900, 902 and a portion of Five Acre Tract Number 901, and being particularly shown and described on a plat of said subdivision recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 262, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Ben Hill County, Georgia and to which plat reference is hereby specifically made; said lot fronting 100 feet on Sheryl Lane and having an even depth of 125 feet. This being the same property as shown on that certain plat of survey prepared by Hampton & Associates Surveying Co, dated February 11, 1980, and recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 182, Public Records of Ben Hill County, Georgia; said plat being made reference to and incorporated herein for a specific description of the above described property. Will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 5th day of July, 2016. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 7th day of April, 2015, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Ben Hill County, Georgia, in Deed Book 871 at Page 206. The property may be redeemed at any time before the 5th day of July, 2016, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: Hall, Williamson & Hart, P.C. 216 N.
