NOTICE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM
To All. Persons having any right or title or interest in or lien upon the
described property.
Take notice that: The right to redeem the following described prop-
erty, to wit:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 281 in the
4th Land District of Ben Hill County, Georgia, and being Lot 2 in Agner Estates Subdivision, as shown on a plat made by T.W. Ash, Surveyor, dated March 7, 1997, which is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Ben Hill County, Georgia, in Plat Slide 628-D, which plat is hereby specifically incorporated herein by refer-ence for a more complete description of the property being hereby conveyed. Subject to that certain
Declaration of Restrictive Covenants, dated March 27, 1997, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Ben Hill County, Georgia, in Deed Book 381, Page 258-261, as amended by that certain Amendment to Protective Covenants dated October 22, 2002, and of record in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Ben Hill County, Georgia, in Deed Book 515, Pages 91-92. Also subject to Building Set Back Lines and all other matters of record and of survey.
Will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 5th day of July, 2016. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 7th day of April, 2015, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Ben Hill County, Georgia, in Deed Book 871 at Page 222.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 5th day of July, 2016, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: Hall, Williamson & Hart, P.C. 216 N. Westover Boulevard, Albany, Georgia 31707. Please be governed accordingly.
