All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in District 4 Land Lot 348 known as 4489 JOSEPH DR and parcel R4348B164 per records of Gwinnett County and plat maps of the County Tax Assessors Office, subject to restrictions on record with the Clerk of Superior Court, Gwinnett County, Georgia, and excluding rights of way and easements. The property is more particularly described in the Gwinnett County deed records at Deed Book 38959, Page 180. Plat and deed are a part hereof.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after May 9, 2016.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated November 4, 2014, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Gwinnett County, Georgia in Deed Book 53261 at Page 808.
The property may be redeemed at any time before May 9, 2016, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
