Take notice that:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred as of five oclock (5 p.m.) on and after June 6, 2016 or within 30 days after legal service of the Notice pursuant to OCGA 48-4-45 et seq., whichever date is later:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 245 of the 6th District, Gwinnett County, Georgia, being Lot 8, Block G, Oakhurst, as per plat recorded in Plat Book E, Page 107, Gwinnett County, Georgia records, which plat is hereby incorporated herein for a more complete description, being improved property known as 5821 Park Road, according to the present system of numbering houses in Gwinnett County, Georgia. Being further identified as tax parcel identification number R6245 352, according to the Tax Assessors records in Gwinnett County, Georgia.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated April 7, 2015 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Gwinnett County, in Deed Book 53539, Page 832,
The property may be redeemed on or before the time and date stated above by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
