ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOTS 361 AND 362 OF THE 7TH LAND DISTRICT, GWINNETT COUNTY, GEORGIA AS SHOWN AND DELINEATED AS 0.597 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, ON PLAT OF SURVEY FOR STEPHEN FREDERICK WHITING & PAM R. WHITING BY BORDEERS & ASSOCIATES DATED JULY 11, 1984, WHICH PLAT IS RECORDED IN GWINNETT COUNTY, GEORGIA PLAT RECORDS AT PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 202, AND IS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE FOR A MORE COMPLETE DESCRIPTION.
That property known as 1803 GREEN ROAD according to the present system of numbering homes and having tax parcel identification number R7362A020.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated April 7, 2015 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Gwinnett County, Georgia in Deed Book 53579 Page 441.
The property may be redeemed on or before the time and date stated above by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
