TAKE NOTICE THAT: The right to redeem the following property, to wit: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND lying and being in Land Lot 58 of the 7th District of Gwinnett County, Georgia and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the southwesterly side of Auburn-Hog Mountain Road 287 feet northwesterly as measured along the southwesterly side of Auburn-Hog Mountain from Rabbit Hill Road; thence South 67 degrees West along the line of property now or formerly belonging to Lankford, 500 feet to a point; thence North 48 degrees West along the line of property now or formerly belonging to Lankford, 225 feet to a point; thence North 69 degrees 30 minutes East along the southerly line of property now or formerly belonging to Plat, 500 feet to the southwesterly side of Auburn-Hog Mountain Road; thence southeasterly along he southwesterly side of Auburn-Hog Mountain Road, 200 feet to the point of beginning. will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 23rd day of May, 2016. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 7th day of April, 2015, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Gwinnett County, Georgia, in Deed Book 53579, Page 0409.
