PHAM to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST BANK MORTGAGE, A DIVISION OF FIRST BANK OF GEORGIA, A STATE CHARTERED BANK dated August 7, 2014, filed for record August 12, 2014, and recorded in Deed Book 3334, Page 170, GLYNN County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC by assignment recorded in Deed Book 3557, Page 153, GLYNN County, Georgia Records. Said Deed to Secure Debt having been given to secure a Note dated August 7, 2014 in the original principal sum of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY FOUR THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED TEN AND 0/100 DOLLARS ($134,310.00), with interest from date at the rate stated in said Note on the unpaid balance until paid, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door at GLYNN County, Georgia, or at such place as has or may be lawfully designated as an alternative location, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in May, 2016, the following described property: ALL OF THAT CERTAIN LOT, TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE 1356TH, G.M. DISTRICT OF GLYNN COUNTY, GEORGIA, DESIGNATED AND SHOWN UPON THE MAP AND PLAT OF WINSTEAD SUBDIVISION, PHASE ONE (1), AS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED ON PLAT RECORDED IN THEH OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF SUPERIOR COURT OF GLYNN COUNTY, GEORGIA, IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 306, AS ALL OF LOT NUMBERED EIGHT (8), WINSTEAD SUBDIVISION. REFERENCE IS HEREBY MADE TO SAID PLAT FOR FURTHER PURPOSES OF IDENTIFICATION.
