SAID TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND CONTAINS 4.288 ACRES (BEING 186,770 SQUARE FEET), INCLUDING ALL EASEMENTS. The sale is being conducted subject to (1) confirmation that the sale is not prohibited under the U.S. Banruptcy Code and (2) final confirmation and audit of the loan with the holder of the security deed. Notice has been given of this foreclosure and of the intention to collect attorneys fees in accordanced with the terms fo the note at least 30 days prior to the scheduled sale by writing, sent certified return receipt mail and regular mail to the debtor. Said property is being sold as the property of Norcross Hospitality, LLC and the proceeds of the sale will be applied to the payment of said indebtedness, the expense of said sale, as provided in said deed, and the undersigned will execute a deed to the purchaser as provided in the aforementioned Security Deed, Holcomb Peachtree Corners, LLC attorney in fact for Norcross Hospitality, LLC by virtue of that Security Deed found at Deed Book 51636 Page 154 and Assigned to Holcomb Peachtree Corners, LLC.
