CLASS:013 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Coweta County Board of Zoning Appeals will hear an appeal by Lorraine Cunanan which is requesting a 6-foot reduction from Article 4 Section 47 10-foot Distance requirement between structures to allow for a covered porch with staircase. Said property is located at 17 Knight Dr, Newnan, Georgia. The meeting will be held on Thursday, April 28, 2016 - 6:00 P.M. at the Asa M. Powell Sr Expo Center, 197 Temple Ave, Newnan GA. Copies of the proposed request may be obtained at the Coweta County Planning Department, 22 E Broad St. Newnan, Georgia between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Land Lot 172 of the Fifth Land District, Coweta County, Georgia, containing 8.16 acres, said plat of record in Deed Book 2586, Page 642, Office of the Clerk, Coweta County Superior Court, reference to which plat is hereby made for a more particular description of the tract herein conveyed.
